Welcome to NJ Home Maintenance Services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided and Service Area
NJ Home Maintenance Services offers exterior maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to:
• Gutter Cleaning, Repair, and Installation
• Gutter Guard & Mesh Screen Installation
• Yard Drainage Solutions
• Snow and Ice Management Services
• Power and Soft Washing
• Deck and Fence Staining
• Chimney Cap Installation
• Miscellaneous Exterior Maintenance
Service Area:
We proudly serve the following counties in New Jersey:
• Sussex, Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Union, Essex, Hunterdon
• Parts of Central New Jersey
For services outside these areas, please contact us directly to discuss availability.
2. Scheduling and Appointments
• Appointments can be scheduled by phone at 862-221-9080 or through our website.
• Scheduling is subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions or emergencies.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accessibility to service areas on the scheduled date.
3. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of each service unless a prior agreement is made.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.
• Recurring services are billed per service date based on the plan selected.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our office.
5. Gutter Cleaning Plans
• Gutter cleaning plans (Silver, Premier, VIP, Elite) offer discounts and additional perks as per the selected plan.
• Plan benefits, such as discounts on other services, are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Unused cleanings do not carry over to the next year unless specified.
6. Loyalty Program
• Discounts under the loyalty program apply to additional services only, excluding gutter cleanings.
• Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
7. Liability and Insurance
• NJ Home Maintenance Services is fully licensed and insured.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation by others, or conditions beyond our control (e.g., severe weather).
• Customers must report any damages or concerns within 48 hours of service completion.
8. Snow and Ice Management
• Snow removal services are priced per event or seasonal contract as per the agreement.
• Treated rock salt and calcium chloride applications are included as needed.
• Services are contingent on weather conditions and municipal regulations.
9. Warranty and Service Guarantee
• Gutter repairs and installations come with a warranty as per the selected service plan.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as storms, ice dams, or homeowner modifications.
10. Privacy Policy
• Customer information is collected solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
